£16,123 to £17, 772 per annum, pro rata

22 hours per week, days and times are negotiable.

Lightbulb is a partnership Programme supported by the seven District Councils in Leicestershire and Leicestershire County Council. It brings together a range of practical housing support into a single point of access or referral. The overall ambition is to maximise the contribution that housing support can play in keeping vulnerable people independent in their homes.

The Administrative Assistant role will provide a full range of administrative support to Lightbulb staff within the central hub and across Leicestershire. This includes, working with District Lightbulb Teams, Assistive Technology Team and Minor Adaptations. To gather and collate both performance and budget information providing monthly reports to the service manager.

You will have knowledge of customer care and how it applies in a Housing, health or social care environment. You will have experience of working with vulnerable people and taking responsibility for customer queries.

You will have experience of dealing with budgets and financial records including raising orders and dealing with invoices

You will have the ability to deal with vulnerable people including being able to communicate with them regarding sensitive issues and to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.
