We have been working on a “Fit for the Future” programme to be internally self financing by 2019 so that we can deliver the best services and results for our residents who are at the heart of everything we do.

We are currently recruiting for a Benefits Officer to join our organisation, the role will include awarding entitlement to Housing Benefits/Council Tax Support where appropriate, ensuring that payments are made promptly and in accordance with Government guidelines and Departmental procedures. This will involve contact with claimants calling in person, face to face, by telephone and by correspondence.
