We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our small benefits team. You will be based in our Customer Services Team and you will be responsible for providing a front line service to benefit customers. You will also process benefit claims and changes in circumstances on Civica Open Revenues.
You will need to have a flexible approach as you will be required to work as part of two teams. You will have experience of administering Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Support and providing information and advice to claimants and landlords. In addition, you will have experience of updating and extracting data. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to answer enquiries in a polite, sensitive and professional way. You should be organised and able to work without close supervision.
