The role of our customer service advisor’s is to support our customers through their journey while accessing SKDC services and to provide an exceptional customer experience.

We operate a multi-channel contact centre helping customers with telephone, face to face and digital communication support.

The role requirements will be reviewed on a weekly basis depending on the demands on our service offering. Hours may be anything from 8 – 37 per week with potential options for up to an 8 week fix term contract. You will be paid £10.27 per hour (which includes holiday rate).

Flexibility and customer focus are key requirement for this role
