*We are looking to recruit to Level C (Grade 3) on the attached Career Grade. Progression within the Career Grade to Level A (Grade 6) will be in accordance with the attached document.
Location: York House, Granby Street, Leicester
Full Time (37 Hours) & Part Time (18.5 hours), Fixed Term contract for 12 months due to funding
To be worked Monday to Friday, between 8:00am – 6:00pm, on a rota basis. You will also be required to work Saturdays between 8:00am to 1:00pm on a rota basis.
The Customer Service Contact Centre handles up to 60,000 calls each month on a number of services including Housing Repairs, Revenues and Benefits, Waste Management, Environmental Services, Electoral Services and General Enquiries. In addition to this, we also handle email and non-telephone enquires through the Contact Centre.
Requirements of the post:
- Extensive customer service experience;
- Experience of handling a diverse range of enquiries;
- Ability to remain calm under pressure;
- Excellent keyboard skills and use of numerous IT packages;
- Ability to adapt to change;
- Subject to a Basic DBS check;
