The Pavilion is a modern, vibrant Leisure Centre located in Huncote and managed by Blaby District Council. It is our goal to provide a safe and friendly environment to all customers.  We are looking to recruit to two roles – a Health & Fitness Instructor and a Duty Office.

You will need to be self motivated and willing to deliver a first class service to our new and existing customers.

Duty Officers are vital to the success of the Leisure Centre, for both their organisational skills and ability to ensure the smooth running of the service. Working directly for the Senior Duty Officer, you will ensure that all health and safety regulations are being met, that we are compliant in all areas, as well as organising ongoing events and activities.

For this role, communication and IT skills are essential to the post. Also, commercial awareness and the ability to generate income in all areas of the business is important.

The successful candidates will have a proven working knowledge of the Leisure Industry and customer expectations within a service lead environment, with a keen business viewpoint.

The shift pattern will vary to suit the requirements of the service and includes working Daytime/Evenings and Weekends.
