Lightbulb is a partnership programme supported by the seven District Councils in Leicestershire and Leicestershire County Council. The Housing Support Coordinator role will work with individuals in need to identify and access a range of housing support solutions that will enable them to remain independent and healthy in their home.

Working closely with specialists within the Lightbulb team (including occupational therapists, grant officers, technical officers and adaptations officers) you will be facilitating a holistic approach to housing support and supporting their work by offering individuals access to a wider range of housing support services.

You will have a wide range of experience in working with vulnerable adults and experience of working with key stakeholders and partners to get the best outcome for service users.

You will have experience of working in a housing, health or social care setting (including experience in the voluntary sector with this focus).
