A challenging 12 month work programme awaits those who enjoy operating in a friendly and fast-paced environment where the focus is on delivering a high quality advisory service to managers at all organisational levels. Centrally located in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, as a generalist you will be involved in the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, learning and development, employee relations and case management, process re-engineering, report preparation and supporting key project work.
Ideal candidates will thrive under pressure and enjoy managing multiple priorities along with experience of working in a generalist business partner role within a complex unionised environment. You will be CIPD qualified with strong employee relations skills, credible and with the ability to coach and influence managers through HR related processes, casework and policy interpretation.
