We’re looking for a Team Leader with experience of delivering projects within a Customer Service environment. We want someone with drive, positivity, determination and proven leadership skills to join us as we start to implement changes in order to improve the way we work and become more commercially focused.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Council’s customer service function, working with colleagues across the Council to deliver a strong and sustainable service ensuring that performance standards are met.

You will also have the opportunity to work with the Executive Manager in the development of a new Customer Access Strategy, and will oversee the delivery of an associated programme of work that will build on and improve the current customer offer.
