We are looking for a team player to help us deliver an efficient and effective licensing service. The range of work is such that no two days are ever the same and includes handling applications, dealing with enquiries and complaints, and supporting enforcement action. Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial, given the important role that licensing plays in ensuring public safety.
With a proven ability to prioritise workload against targets and meet deadlines, you should be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate a practical approach to problem solving with good negotiation or mediation skills. You will also need the confidence to deal with challenging or difficult situations.
