Membership Sales Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the membership services team as a full time Membership Advisor. The Membership Advisor will contribute to the commercial success of Liberty Leisure through the sales of membership packages. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and approachable people person with drive and enthusiasm to meet and exceeded in terms of both customer service and membership targets.

Based at Bramcote Leisure Centre, if you know how to make every customer feel like they are special and are excited about sales, inspiring and supporting people to get more active and improve their health then we want to hear from you.

Practical knowledge of the sales process and the health & fitness industry would be a distinct advantage. However it is vital that all applicants are able to demonstrate an engaging, professional and caring personal demeanour to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.

As part of a team the post holder’s responsibilities include providing a professional sales service for customer enquiries for fitness membership.

You will play an active role in developing membership promotions, sales and retention schemes. With a key target of driving sales to new customers within the wider community.

You must be flexible to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends, which are integral to the job.
