South Kesteven District Council is an ambitious organisation. The arrival of a new Leader, Deputy Leader and Chief Executive in 2017 marked the start of a journey to transform the way the Council works and what it delivers. Key to this transformation is the establishment of a new Organisation Development and Change Team.
This new team are central to the Council’s change strategy and are developing new ways of; running projects, measuring and improving performance, researching and implementing future tech and putting learning and development at the heart of the Organisation.
The Performance Lead will be critical in developing, implementing and owning a new performance management system. The successful candidate will:
- Lead on the design, implementation and ongoing management of the performance framework,
- Have a passion for analysing and interpreting data,
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders,
- Work with departments across the Council to ensure change is embraced.
We are looking for someone who embeds our values and behaviours and will play a key role in the Organisation Development and Change Team.
