A Place To Grow Site Co-ordinator

£9.37 per hour


Health and Leisure Services Team are looking to recruit additional casual staff to support A Place To Grow community garden project, located in Enderby.

You will be responsible for the operational development of the project, coordination of supported gardening groups for people experiencing or recovering from mental health and/or learning difficulties.

A keen gardener with knowledge of green space management principles and techniques and community development / community engagement techniques.

You will be able to deliver and plan green space volunteer sessions and have regard for Health & Safety, have excellent interpersonal skills and understand of the importance of equality and diversity in delivering the service to a range of clients.
