Programme Leader – ESOL

 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience of delivering ESOL to adults at different levels, modelling excellent practice.

You will be responsible for the planning, promotion, delivery and evaluation of a short-term ESOL project specifically to support employees with language needs.

You will take an active role in engaging with partners and relevant agencies to develop and deliver a programme that meets partners’ and learners’ needs and objectives.

This would support approximately 90 individuals that are currently in work but require ESOL support, and would be developed in partnership with employers.

Requirements of the post:

– Professional teaching qualification in adult education at Level 4 or above

– excellent interpersonal skills and spoken communication skills to deal with people professionally

– Ability to design and implement ESOL learning programmes from initial assessment to successful outcomes for learners.

– tracking learners’ progress, collate and analyse evidence about the impact of the programme, including destinations and learner feedback
