The Council’s Property team are looking to progress an ambitious programme of new housing and commercial projects to deliver on its investment priorities. As part of a team delivering new projects you will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on progress and quality on the Council’s building projects. As the main communicator between site and the project lead officer you will be an effective communicator with an ability to drive and motivate others to achieve excellent quality standards. You will have experience in construction health and safety and the ability to produce reports on project delivery, resources, quality and compliance on site. The role will also be customer facing with a focus on delivering an excellent service to the Council’s client groups including tenants, purchasers, and third party clients.
