Revenues and Benefits Officers (Revenues/Local Tax Team)

We are looking for self-motivated officers to join our busy Revenues and Customer Support service. The challenging role will be within a team dealing with all aspects of Council Tax billing and collection. This will involve maintaining the Council Tax database by amending liability from changes in occupations, vacations, discounts/exemptions and method of payment.  You will also be expected to deal with customer enquiries over the phone and face to face.

Test Date: w/c 27th March 2017

Interview Date: w/c 17th April 2017 or 24th April 2017

Start Date: Candidates will need to be available to attend a 4 week course on a full time basis from 19th June 2017
