South Kesteven District Council are currently looking for a Service Desk Manager to support the delivery of its strategic digital roadmap and continued service improvement.

Leading the IT Services support team, you will work closely with the team to manage the performance of our first and second line support services.  You will ensure that service levels are achieved and customer expectations are met or exceeded.

You will be responsible for overseeing service desk requests, training and coaching service desk staff and reviewing and developing business level agreements.
