Team Assistant – Information Governance & Local Land Charges





£17,173 – £18,672 per annum

25 hours a week with an option of up to 30 hours per week (pro rata)

6 Month Fixed Term


Part of the Corporate Services Department, the Information Governance and Local Land Charges team is a busy, customer facing team that responds to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations; promotes privacy and responds to information requests under the Data Protection Act; manages the corporate Complaints and feedback process; and provides accurate and timely Local Land Charges searches.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self motivated administrator to join the team to provide a range of administrative support services. To be successful in this role you will have experience in working in a busy office environment and have a strong customer service ethic. You will utilise your excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues and customers to deliver our services.

Knowledge of general administrative duties and strong computer skills, including using Outlook, Word & Excel, are essential for this role. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
