This privacy policy statement has been established to give a clear explanation of our data processing practices to safeguard you and your personal information.

This privacy statement is only applicable to the East Midlands Jobs web site at www.eastmidlandsjobs.org.uk.  Links to external web sites  are not covered.

We automatically collect statistical data about usage patterns on our website. This information does not relate to you as an individual and is collected to provide us with an understanding of the areas of interest on our site.

Using facilities on our website you have an option to provide views and comments about this website, any of the partner organisations and their services. The information provided by you via this service will be acted upon according to the content of the communication. We may contact you in order to reply to the issues raised. This contact will be made via email, unless an alternative is specified.

We will retain all communications received in order to produce statistical analysis reports.

__utmc This cookie operates in conjunction with the __utmb cookie to determine whether or not to establish a new session for the user. In particular, this cookie is not provided with an expiration date, so it expires when the user exits the browser. Not set
__utmz This cookie stores the type of referral used by the visitor to reach our site, whether via a direct method, a referring link, a website search, or a campaign such as an ad or an email link. Access to all of our users’ information is restricted in our and the partner organisations’ offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally-identifiable information. The servers that we store personally-identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.
