The post holder will be involved in providing a high quality service, assisting people with varying care needs to live as independently as possible within the community by retaining or regaining their independence. Providing personal care, moving & handling ,meal preparation and household tasks and will also respond to calls for assistance in emergency situations. The post holder will also be expected to work alongside other professionals, to work as part of a team and have good interpersonal and communication skills. This will involve working flexible and follow shift patterns which will include early mornings, afternoons, evening, overnight, weekends and bank holidays.
Do you: 
• Have the ability to work flexibly on a 24 hour 3 shift rota system?
• Feel confident about decision-making and responding appropriately to alarm 
calls?
• Have experience in promoting and improving a person’s level of 
independence, especially when they are hard to engage with?
• Have experience or feel you could work in innovative ways to enable people 
to live independently and make the best use of where they live?
