Operations Technical Support Officer

Salary: £23,907 – £26,150 per annum
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our environmental operations team at Boston Borough Council.

 

You will help provide essential technical administrative and customer service support for various services including street cleansing, grounds maintenance, town maintenance.

 

What will I be doing?

  • Perform daily administrative tasks to support the various services
  • Manage data and information systems for efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare data for committees and project meetings
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Liaise with operatives to maintain service quality

What do I need?

  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks
  • Full, valid UK driving license.
  • A great communicator and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
