Property Assistant

Salary: £23,151 per annum
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join us as a Property Assistant here at Boston Borough Council.

 

You will work alongside the friendly and supportive Property Team to help provide administration support alongside data inputting of legal documents onto our cloud-based system and answering enquiries from the public.

 

We are currently moving over to a new system so you will have the opportunity to contribute new ideas and learn how our digital mapping system (GIS) works in order to produce maps and plot information.

 

What do we need from you?

  • A great communicator and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks
