Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within our senior housing management team?

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the delivery of exceptional services to the tenants of our 8,800 council homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of approximately 15 employees
  • Oversee tenancy management, housing support, environmental/compliance work, and address antisocial behaviour.
  • Report directly to the Head of Housing Management
  • Ensure compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing consumer standards

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in all aspects of housing management
  • Budget monitoring and management skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other managers and teams
