We are excited to invite enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our dynamic housing management team.

This job involves working as part of a busy team and dealing with members of the public and other council services to ensure blocks of flats and open land are safe, clean, and clear of rubbish.

Key responsibilities:

  • collaborate with a busy team and engage with the public and other council services
  • conduct regular inspections of residential areas and open lands
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Candidate requirements:

  • customer-focused
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as you will frequently interact with the community
  • self-motivated and organised
  • ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritise tasks
  • proficient in using ICT tools for maintaining detailed and accurate records
  • capable of walking around various areas and climbing stairs
  • licensed driver (must be able to drive a work vehicle).
