We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to support the implementation of the Totalmobile ICT system as part of our commitment to continuous improvement in Housing Property Services.

Key responsibilities:

• assist in the successful implementation of the Totalmobile system by contributing to various workstreams and initiatives
• conduct data gathering, interrogation, and analysis, and present findings in clear and actionable formats
• identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in the data, and provide the project team with meaningful insights and recommendations
• develop data mapping documents and support database design to ensure efficient back-end organisation and user-friendly front-end accessibility
• create tailored dashboards, graphs, and reports to meet service needs and communicate complex data effectively
• work with cross-functional teams across Chesterfield Borough Council and other councils to benchmark services and share best practices
• automate data workflows and build efficient data pipelines to optimise data collection processes
• monitor and audit data quality to ensure high standards within the Total Mobile system
• training and develop user guides and deliver end-user training to ensure successful system adoption
