The Housing Assets Department plays a crucial role, carrying out tasks ranging from completing major capital improvements to keeping our homes to the decent homes standard, which is a set of criteria that ensures homes are safe, warm, and in a good state of repair, along with the plan to decarbonise our homes to meet government targets.
A crucial element in delivering our services effectively is ensuring that our asset management system is equipped with current, robust, and meaningful data.
This involves regularly updating and validating our information to reflect the latest asset performance, market conditions, and any relevant regulatory changes.
By maintaining this high-quality data, we can make informed decisions, optimise our asset management strategies, and ultimately enhance the value we provide to our clients.
Now is an exciting time to join the team in this new role and work with the Housing Assets Manager and team to ensure our systems, processes, and data, ensuring that we are compliant with all regulatory requirements.
