Housing Compliance and Asset Team Manager
We are looking for an experienced and innovative leader to further develop our Compliance and Asset Management Team.
As well as our new supply programme which includes delivering new builds as well as acquisitions, this role responsible for ensuring delivery of our important core compliance and council house improvement programmes. Managing the council’s capital home improvement programme supported by HRA revenue we have funded planned and cyclical programmes to help us be a market leading social landlord and deliver a top-quality housing service to our tenants.
We are keen to consider innovative solutions going forward including grant funding to support our developing Zero Carbon approach. We are aiming to deliver our council homes improvement programme using our In-house Repairs Team, so close working with the Housing Commercial Service Manager who manages that team will be essential to ensure the benefits for tenants are maximised. We are looking for an experienced asset management professional with a proven track record of developing and delivering high quality services. You will be working in a supportive management environment that will encourage delivery of the required performance standards, as well as developing the successful applicant.

• 36¼ hrs per week with an annual salary of £50,788 – £54,929 plus car allowance of £4,291 pa
