The Customer Services department are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Blaby District Council Customer Service Team as an Apprentice Customer Services Advisor.
This vacancy has arisen due to our previous Apprentice Customer Services Advisor successfully securing a promotion with the team.
The successful candidate will be motivated with an eye for detail. We are looking for an individual with a positive outlook and a desire to deliver a quality service to the community we serve whilst gaining a qualification at the same time.

Have Mathematics & English GCSE Level 4 and above (or Grades C and above)?

Have good IT skills?
Want to achieve a nationally recognised qualification within 16 months?
