This is a fixed term full-time maternity cover position for a period of up to 6 Months.
Oadby & Wigston Council are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated individual, ideally with experience of property letting and management, to join us on a fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
As a Lettings Officer you will monitor and manage soon to be vacant and vacant properties, preparing adverts, and the allocation of vacant properties. You will keep detailed notes in respect of your workload and maintain effective communication with your team the wider Housing team and your customers. You will be responsible for tracking void and applicant progression and contributing to the successful handover of new schemes, to ensure KPIs are met.
