Your Role & Responsibilities:
– Lead a small team, managing council land and property assets efficiently.
– Deliver the council’s new Property Asset Management Plan, ensuring sustainable growth.
– Negotiate property transactions, including sales, purchases, and lettings.
– Conduct and oversee property asset valuations, ensuring compliance with RICS standards.
– Provide strategic insights to optimize our property portfolio and maximize value for the community.
What You Need to Succeed:
– Chartered Membership of RICS with a degree/diploma in Estate Management.
– Strong expertise in strategic asset and estate management.
– Proven experience in capital asset valuation and regulatory compliance.
– Effective negotiation and leadership skills to drive property transactions.
– Strong analytical abilities to oversee asset data and inform key decisions.
