Facilities Assistant

Salary: £12.26 – £12.85/hour (£23,656 – £24,790/annum pro-rata)
Location: Louth, Lincolnshire

We are excited to be recruiting a Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities Team within Buildings & Property.

 

You will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Officer for day to day cleaning and other associated activities at the Navigation Warehouse, Louth for one hour per day, Mon – Fri with some additional hours required at the Fairfield Enterprise Centre, Louth to cover staff annual leave or other absence as required at this location..

 

You will have the opportunity to work unsupervised and collaboratively as part of a team so good interpersonal skills are key.  This will be an annualised hours post with hours to be determined between 6.30am and 7.30pm.
