We are a small private nursery located in the village of Blackwell and we are very proud of our ‘outstanding’ Ofsted rating. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic level 3 practitioner to join our team. We would hope you are passionate about making a difference to the lives of our little ones. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, have good communication skills and be able to work well with a team of highly skilled practitioners.
We are looking for someone that is fun, and willing to take part in a range of activities. A successful candidate would need to be motivated to continue to develop their own personal learning and be willing to undertake continued staff development training.
You would need to be confident to share your own ideas and be willing to learn from others. At least 2 years previous childcare experience is desirable, but not essential.
