We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager for a fixed term 10-month contract within our Corporate Services & Transformation department. The successful candidate will lead, upskill, and implement a robust process improvement approach across the organisation, driving positive impacts on performance, efficiency, and strategic objectives.
With extensive experience at management level in a large, complex organisation, and expertise in process improvement methodologies, the ideal applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in delivering transformational change. This role reports to the Head of Portfolio Management and involves line management of the Process Improvement Officer and Support Officer.
