The Council’s Revenues and Benefits Section is a very busy, constantly changing, and challenging environment that deals with over 49,000 Council Tax accounts, nearly 3,000 Business Rates accounts, just under 3,000 Housing Benefit claims and just over 7,000 Council Tax Reduction claims.
The successful applicant will work as part of a team dealing with the administration functions within the Revenues Section including processing business and customer data, despatch of documents and assisting colleagues.
