We are looking to recruit eight Apprentice Roadworkers to join our Highways Service at the following locations:
2 Positions – Chapel-en-le-Frith Depot
2 Positions – Darley Dale Depot
2 Positions – Stonegravels Depot
2 Positions – Willington Depot
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience maintaining Derbyshire’s highway network while studying towards a Highways Maintenance Skilled Operative Apprenticeship (Level 2).

What you’ll be doing
Working as part of Highways operational teams, you will support the delivery of maintenance and construction works across the network.

Employees undertaking an intermediate level apprenticeship (equivalent to a Level 2 – GCSE) will be paid at the age appropriate nationally set minimum wage rates of pay shown in the table:
