As a Senior Care Worker with us, you won’t just be providing care; you’ll be a beacon of support and guidance, helping our care staff shine their brightest. ✨ This rewarding role includes working on our rehabilitation unit and also on our dementia specialist unit in our beautiful building that has won awards for its outstanding design.
Your role will involve:
Leading and mentoring our fantastic care staff.
Allocating daily tasks within the care team.
Administering medication with precision.
Creating personalised service plans with a focus on person-centred care.
Promoting best practices.
Delivering high-quality care and support to residents with diverse needs.
