We have the opportunity for a capable and enthusiastic person to join our busy Allocations team based within Housing Services and located at our offices on Hundred Acre Lane, Worksop.
Based within the Allocations and Support team, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, ensuring empty properties are repaired and ready for allocation within timescales. This includes processing invoices, maintaining computerised databases, dealing with enquiries from the void contractor and other services involved in the void process, giving advice and responding to customer enquiries.
The role requires a person with excellent communication skills, who has the ability to deal with members of the public, prioritise and monitor workloads to meet deadlines, and work in partnership with colleagues or on their own initiative, according to demand.
