Bassetlaw District Council are seeking to recruit a Voids Co-ordinator. Your role will be responsible for the delivery of an efficient and effective void management service.
A key part of the role will be ensuring that all void properties are returned in a timely manner and meet lettable standards. You will make sure properties meet compliance requirements whilst ensuring performance targets are achieved so properties are available for allocation.
