Regeneration Project Manager
Full time, 37 hours per week
Grade 9 £42,839 – £47,181
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the Growth and Enterprise team supporting project delivery across the district.
This role reports directly to the Regeneration and Major Projects Manager and is a key piece of the wider Growth and Enterprise team. Projects in need of support from this department range from regeneration focused refurbishments and extensions to energy centred decarbonisation. You’ll help drive delivery of these widely varied projects that support prosperity across the district, working closely with partners to manage funding opportunities and on site works.
Now is the perfect time to join Bassetlaw as there are a variety of capital regeneration projects breaking ground over the summer and autumn this year, with many more in the pipeline. If you have experience of working within a similar role and have prior project delivery experience or are interested in becoming a project manager, we will welcome an application from you.
We will value your contributions, give you access to a free healthcare cash plan and benefits, offer a very generous 26-32 days holiday package (rising incrementally each year) plus public/bank holidays, and give you the option to purchase additional annual leave days tax-free. We will double your monthly pension contributions and provide the option to join our shared cost AVC scheme, offer discounted car parking of around £4 per month, and family friendly policies. We also offer hybrid working arrangements of partial home/office working.
