We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us within our Tenancy and Estate Team who are responsible for providing income management, tenancy services and estate services to approximately 1300 tenants, ensuring excellent customer services and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

The Income officer will work towards maximising the Council’s income through effective collection of rent, service charges, working supportively and proactively, with the aim of sustaining tenancies by providing tenancy support in relation to income collection and management. The role will include dealing with all aspects of rent arrears, including home visits, following procedures and giving advice on debt and the legal process.
