Oak Grange Nursery and Primary School is a brand new school in the Boulton Moor/Chellaston area of Derby City.

Situated between Field Lane and Snelsmoor Lane it will serve the existing Fellowlands estate in Chellaston and the new Snelsmoor Lane development.

We have the exciting opportunity to build and create a school where children will be encouraged to be curious, where adults and children alike will create an ethos built on respect and kindness. 

We are looking to appoint a Breakfast Club Supervisor who will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that the children at Oak Grange enjoy a safe and happy afterschool club provision. Required to start September 2025.

We would expect the candidate to:

• Have a level 3 qualification in childcare or the equivalent
• Be passionate about caring for children
• To be able to work positively and effectively as a member of a whole school team.
• To be kind, respectful and support children.
• To support children positively in their play and work within the positive behaviour culture of the school.
• In time to lead and motivate a further team members.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
