The Governors of Norbriggs Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant to work with SEN children in our Reception class from September 2025.
The ability to work as part of a team is essential, as are excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, sound knowledge of IT, ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload, and a good understanding of confidentiality.
You should also have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or above and be willing to undertake relevant training. Experience of supporting children with social, emotional and behavioural needs are desirable.
The post holder will be communicating directly with pupils, parents, staff and other agencies internal and external to the school and should be able to exercise and promote customer care and adopt a flexible approach to the work undertaken.
