Exciting Opportunity We’re on the lookout for passionate Care Workers to join our short-term Community Support Bed team in the adult care department. If you’re eager to make a real difference in people’s lives, this is the role for you! This role will be based at The Staveley Centre, Chesterfield.
What You’ll Do
- Working as part of a valued care team in the reablement unit, you’ll be supporting our service users to regain their independence – this may include helping them with everyday tasks such as washing and dressing, eating meals, taking medication and socialising.
- Understanding the different needs people have and how it affects them day-to-day is a crucial part of this role.
- Collaborate with a multi-professional team (including health professionals) to deliver personalised care to clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely care records.
