Are you an experienced horticultural professional with a passion for maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces? We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Grounds Maintenance team. You will bring a solid background in horticulture or arboriculture, ideally backed by NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications, and hands on experience using a wide range of equipment, from chainsaws to spraying tools. A full UK driving licence is essential, along with a sharp eye for identifying tree species, shrubs, and turf pests and diseases.
You will be working across parks, green spaces, and recreational areas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standard for public use. Your strong customer care and communication skills will help you work effectively with the team and wider community. If you are confident leading by example, using motivational techniques to bring out the best in others, and you are familiar with industry standard machinery, we would love to hear from you.
