Following the promotion of our current post holder, we are looking for a Permanent Home School Link Worker to join our team, carrying out vital work to support and improve attendance, welcome new families into our school and continue to ensure that all children and families are safe, happy and well supported.
The role is especially rewarding and varied – involving work with families in crisis, new families to the country, and children from challenging home circumstances – those often living in unsafe conditions. The successful person will be part of our school safeguarding team, handling sensitive information and liaising with outside agencies.
Hours of work: 8.40am – 3.40pm
