We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Services team.
The Customer Services Team provide advice and guidance to residents by telephone, Face to Face and other digital platforms.
The Customer Services Technical Officer will undertake responsibilities including assisting customers with a wide variety of queries providing appropriate advice in accordance with legislative guidance and procedures .
