We are seeking an organised, motivated and proactive Programme Officer to help drive this major investment programme and ensure it delivers meaningful outcomes for the town.

You will coordinate the day‑to‑day delivery of the programme, tracking performance, monitoring spend, gathering evidence and supporting high‑quality reporting to government and local partners. You’ll assist with commissioning, procurement and competitive grant processes, and help develop programme management tools that keep delivery on track and identify risks early. Building strong relationships with partners, community organisations and internal teams will be key, as will helping promote the programme’s achievements and opportunities.

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication and experience working on complex projects or programmes. You should be confident working with data, evidence and multiple stakeholders, and motivated by the opportunity to support long‑term regeneration in Worksop.

In return, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, benefit from flexible working arrangements, and play a central role in shaping the future of Worksop through this major 10‑year programme.

If you’re passionate about place‑based regeneration and excited to help deliver real change for Worksop, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today.
