Teaching and Learning Assistant (with additional lunchtime supervision duties)

Castleton C of E Primary School are looking for a Teaching and Learning Assistant (with Midday Supervisor duties) to joint their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school environment (or other educational setting) with children/young people.

They will have a variety of skills, such as good numeracy and organisation, and the ability to build positive and effective working relationships with pupils and adults.

They will be able to understand the needs of all pupils and have knowledge of how to help, adapt and deliver support to meet individual needs.  They will enjoy working with children, are sensitive and understanding, and able to build good relationships with pupils and staff.

They will be committed to getting the best outcomes for all pupils, as well as promoting the ethos and values of the school.
