We are looking for an experienced and motivated Anti‑Social Behaviour Officer to join our Landlord Services team. In this vital role, you’ll lead on the investigation and management of anti‑social behaviour (ASB) cases relating to our tenants across the borough.
You will work directly with victims, perpetrators, local communities, and partner agencies to resolve issues, reduce harm, and improve neighbourhood wellbeing.
You will also prepare and support in the presentation of legal cases in court, where required.

We’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, manage challenging situations, and build strong relationships at all levels. You’ll need to be confident, empathetic, organised and able to make reasoned decisions based on policy, legislation and best practice.

It would be advantageous to also hold a professional qualification or evidence of ongoing professional development related to housing or ASB, and experience of rent accounting procedures.
