Planning Contribution Officer

Salary: £28,598.00 to £31,022.00 per year
Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

Based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. We are looking for an individual who is interested in the funding for community infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and other developer contributions, making sure funds are collected from developers and distributed appropriately to support the delivery and maintenance of local infrastructure projects. You will monitor and enforce the collection of funds, maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure the Council complies with policies and regulations.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be passionate about planning and have extensive experience of managing and implementing CIL legislation in the UK, a track record of achievement in a comparable role and have the skills to deal with complex strategic infrastructure issues.
